Head Teacher’s Welcome
St Michael’s is a Church of England Aided Primary School for 4 to 11 year olds in Marston, Oxford.
We aim to serve our community by providing an education of the highest quality within the context of Christian belief and practice. We encourage an understanding of the meaning and significance of faith, and promote Christian values within a multi-cultural and multi-faith community through the experience we offer to all our children.
At St Michael’s we all work together to achieve our aims and ensure that our school is a happy, calm and exciting place to learn. We are proud of our children’s very responsible, positive and caring attitudes to learning and school life and our staff’s dedication to helping our children develop a lifelong love of learning so that they can fulfil their dreams and be the best that they can be.

The ‘General Data Protection Regulation’ (GDPR) changes how we can use your personal data and keep it safe, and also strengthens your rights over your own data. The new regulations make sure sensitive or private information about yourselves and your children remains safe. Whilst it is similar to the Data Protection Act that it replaces in many ways, there are some differences which will mean a few changes at school and on our website in order to ensure we remain compliant. Our Privacy Notice for pupils can be read here, our Privacy Notice for Parents & Carers here and our revised Data Protection Policy here.
